Who is responsible
CB Consulting LLC decides why and how any personal data described below is handled. Questions, requests and complaints go to hello@clemencebareth.com and are answered by Clemence Bareth directly.
What this site does not do
This site does not profile you, does not follow you elsewhere, and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Where a page asks for your details, it is always because you have chosen to get something back: a call, a document, or an email you asked for. Nothing is taken quietly, and nothing is collected that is not used.
How your data reaches me
Booking a discovery call. The booking runs on Calendly, a separate company. When you book, you give Calendly your name, your email address and your answers to a small number of questions about your business. That information is passed on so the call can be prepared. Calendly publishes its own privacy terms at calendly.com/privacy.
Writing by email. Anything you send to the address above is received and stored in an ordinary business mailbox, and is used to answer you.
Visiting the site. Two things happen automatically. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. And visits are counted using Framer Analytics, which is aggregated and cookieless and does not identify you or follow you to other sites.
Why the data is used, and on what basis
Enquiry data is used for one purpose: to respond to you, hold a discovery call, and decide together whether an engagement makes sense. That is either at your request as a step before any contract, or in the legitimate interest of running a professional practice. It is never sold, never rented, and never used to build a marketing list.
How long it is kept
Enquiry and booking records are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Records connected to an actual engagement are kept for as long as the contract and the applicable accounting and tax rules require.
Where the data goes
CB Consulting LLC is established in Qatar. The site is hosted by a company in the Netherlands, and the booking and typeface services named above are operated from the United States. If you are in Europe, that means part of your data is handled outside the European Economic Area. Only what is listed on this page is involved, and it is limited to what is needed to answer you.
Your rights
You may ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to hello@clemencebareth.com and you will get an answer within one month. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may raise it with the competent data protection authority, which for a visitor in Europe is the supervisory authority of your own country.

The text, images, illustrations and page designs on this site belong to CB Consulting LLC. The 9D framework, its name, its nine dimensions and the materials built around it are proprietary. They may not be copied, adapted, taught or reused commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a clear credit and a link back is welcome.
The frameworks this method openly builds on remain the property of their authors, and are credited where they appear.
This site is not an offer
