For a decade, I managed institutional and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships on behalf of international banks, acting on the front line of operational transformation, working across departments and leading large-scale projects.
International finance defined my standards. Entrepreneurship grounded them in reality. Between the banks I co-founded an organic winery and olive farm in Tuscany, out of ruins and uncultivated land. Six years with my own money in it.
Today I work with founder-led businesses that already work and are moving into their next phase of growth.
I understand the financial language of PE and VC funds, and what they require when they assess an investment or an acquisition. I also understand what due diligence rarely covers: the real operational capability of a firm. That double angle is what clients get from me.

Teresa is a fractional COO based in Milan, where she has run her own consultancy successfully for the past thirteen years.
Together we put real work into building a methodology that is unique to our market. Fractional COO work is still largely unstructured, and we wanted a method that holds. Between us there is more than forty years of operating experience, inside corporates, startups and founder-led businesses.
