What about AI?
AI deserves a section of its own, because it is where my value is different. You are working with an operator who prepares your business for what is coming.

“If you are serious about AI, you have to accept a change of operating model.”
Clemence Bareth
The cost of waiting is too high.
A company that ignores AI today falls behind quickly, and that will show up in what the business is worth in a few years.
That is why AI is its own dimension in my methodology, and a key one. Whenever I conduct an Operating Review, I also run a deep AI assessment, at the level you would expect from a specialist AI supplier.
What do I mean by a deep AI assessment?
A structured read of where your business stands with AI: what is already in place, where it can genuinely help, and what has to be true before it works. I run it across five areas, with the same rigour as the other eight dimensions.
What it covers, at a glance
01
Foundation
Is AI a real priority here, or a hobby?
02
Tools & Context
Can the AI do real work, and does it know your business?
03
Governance
Is this safe, and would you know?
04
Team
Are your people trained, supported through the change, and hired with AI in mind?
05
Usage
What real work runs on AI every week, and how is the next use case chosen?
Each of the five goes far deeper than this page shows. You walk away with an AI maturity score, the stage your business is at, and a realistic road at your pace. I have not seen another operational review on the market that takes AI this seriously.
A subject I go deep into, and one I have strong convictions about.
This is the approach I will bring to your business.
01
Systems before AI
You do not automate a process that does not exist yet. AI multiplies whatever you point it at: a clean process speeds up, a mess just gets faster.
02
People before AI
AI frees your people’s time. That time gets reinvested: into the leads nobody had time to work, into the delivery clients would pay more for. Not into cutting jobs. We decide where the hours go before they arrive.
03
Toward the AI-native company
Done seriously, AI is a major operational change, and its destination is a business that runs on one mind and one memory: every person, and every AI agent, reads from the company’s knowledge before the work and writes back after. Nothing gets explained twice. AI-native does not mean maximally automated. It means order and ownership.
I practise what I advocate for and teach.
I have done executive AI training with some of the best business schools, and I am in close contact with AI-native companies. I keep educating myself: conferences, articles, the key podcasts.
Above everything else, my business runs on what I recommend to you.
When I say the operating model has to change, it is because I put mine through it.

What I build myself, and when I bring in a builder.
I can tell you where your business actually stands, which use cases are worth doing before the ones that sound impressive, and build the second brain your company should be reading from.
Past a certain scale you need a specialist builder. I bring one in and lead the delivery. If you have already chosen someone, I will give you a straight opinion on them.
